In Broadway Babes, Kate introduces children to the performing arts through singing, dancing, and creating. This session will be full of Disney songs and themes.

BROADWAY BABES

ON STAGE!

Ages 4-6

 

Mondays 5:00-5:40

In "Broadway Babes On Stage," children will learn about rehearsing and performing in a musical. Students will learn choreography, songs, and scenes from Lion King, all while learning basic theatre techniques to prepare them to one day be in a full production (at BPAC this is possible starting in the 1st grade)! 

 

This class culminates in a performance of one musical number and a small scene or two immediately before the Saturday, May 7th 1:00 1st-5th grade Lion King Performance on the Beacon High School Stage. Following the students’ final class performance, they will receive free admission to the big show and a backstage tour. Tuition also includes a cast t-shirt.

BABES & BIGS

Ages 6 months - 2 years old with a caregiver

Sundays 9:30 - 10:15 starting March 6

This class is for our littlest performers and a caregiver! Babes & Bigs is back! Led by performer and Beacon local Annalyse McCoy, babies ages 6 months to 2 years old, along with a caregiver (mom, dad, grandparent or other adult), will play, learn, make music, and bond together!

​

*Adults must show proof of full vaccination to participate. Masks are not required. Temperatures will be taken each day, and baby/adult duos will be spaced by 6 feet.*
