BPAC Merchandise Return Policy: Items are printed-on-demand. Beacon Performing Arts Center does not offer returns or exchanges on any merchandise sold on our website. Please check sizing and the design closely before purchasing your item(s). If you receive your items and they are misprinted/damaged/defective, please email Info@BeaconPerformingArtsCenter.com within one week of receiving your product in the mail. After one week, a claim cannot be submitted and no refund or credit is given. If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful's facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once they have confirmed an updated address (if and as applicable). In any case of returns or re-shipment of products to and from the Printul facility, the customer is liable for all shipping costs and fees.
